Today, 17.08.2025, His Excellency Mahinda Samarasinghe, Ambassador of Sri Lanka to the United States of America, Mexico, and Trinidad & Tobago, honored NSBM Green University with a special visit.

As part of this remarkable occasion, two significant milestones were proudly unveiled:

📖 Launch of the NSBM Library Website – ushering in a new era of smart and accessible learning.
📚 Launch of “හරිත රාව 2025 – Echoes of Green” – the annual anthology of creative poetic expressions by NSBM students and staff, celebrating the vibrant literary and academic spirit of our university.

📚✨ Library Induction Programme – Orientation Week for 25.2 Batch ✨📚

From 1st – 9th July 2025, the NSBM Library successfully conducted the Library Induction Programme for our new 25.2 batch students.

The sessions featured insightful motivational talks delivered by our distinguished lecturers, emphasizing the importance of using the library and fostering a culture of reading. Students were also introduced to library services, facilities, rules & regulations, followed by student registration, membership card issuance, and a guided library tour.

These sessions proved to be highly beneficial in supporting students’ academic journey, empowering them with knowledge and confidence. 🌿📖
