Daruka Koralagedara, an undergraduate of the NSBM Green University (BSc in Multimedia), has been officially selected to the 13th Effat International Student Film Festival, Saudi Arabia for his AI short film “The Soul of The Canvas.”
This marks a significant milestone in AI-driven film technology and showcases the strength of our Multimedia Degree Program, which is deeply integrated with cutting-edge tools like Artificial Intelligence.
Notably, Daruka also secured 1st place at Sri Lanka’s first university AI film production & screening event, hosted by NSBM.
The future of cinema is here — and it’s being created at NSBM!
