Ibbagamuwa Central College Ibbagamuwa Central College (ICC) is a prior National School of Sri Lanka. It was established in 1942 under the Free Education Concept of Mr.C.W.W Kannangara

Ibbagamuwa Central College is situated at a serene and tranquil site in the village known as Batalagoda. Surrounded by the blue waters of Batalagoda Tank, and encircled by a range of soaring mountains, the location of the school is one of the most beautiful sites in the world.
