Charithra Atapattu has been lecturing Biology and Chemistry for AL, AS and OL students for more than three decades at leading international schools in both Colombo and Kandy, Sri Lanka. She started her career as a Research Scientist in Tea Research Institute (TRI) and later joined to the university as a lecturer. from University of Peradeniya, she graduated from University of Colombo for Msc and P

GDE. She then completed her masters from Indian Ghandhi National Open University (IGNOU) for Med and later on she obtained a Diploma in Special Needs Education in Open University, Sri Lanka. Since her ultimate goal was to join the education field, she was able to fulfill her duties as an acting Principal, Deputy Principal, and simultaneously working as an AL / OL permanent and visiting lecturer in leading international schools. Her soal intention was to produce students with high caliber, hence most of her students won world class prizes. Some of her students were lucky enough to achieve 100% marks and was awarded the first in the world, country and area. Now they are in top rank universities all over the world with gifted scholarships. In fact these written series of books, shows her enormous dedication and the capability to drive the students to excellence and theses books itself stands as a great self study pack written in simple English terms to assist students of every level.
