The Architecture 21st Batch, in collaboration with the Architecture Student Society, proudly presented "Ahala Balan" — a reimagined retro-themed musical evening that blended nostalgic charm with a fresh, new concept. Held with great success, the event brought together students, staff, and alumni in a vibrant celebration of music and creativity. We are excited to share glimpses from this memorable night that showcased the artistic talents and dynamic energy of our department.

23/24 Batch of Level 02 architecture undergraduates had a visit to the down south, experiencing forest reserves and glamorous leading hospitality destinations in search of inspiration.

A. Sobhaketha Center under the patronage of John Keells Foundation, Roomassala, Galle. With a nature walk across the beautiful forest reserve and other key locations in the vicinity, students got much inspiration.

B. Cinnamon Bentota Beach warmly welcomed the students, and the unforgettable experience gained through the Hotel. Visiting the exclusive Geoffrey Bawa Suite, one of the best luxuries to offer, was a great opportunity for students to get inspired. We really appreciate the guidance and the inspiring efforts of the very friendly staff.

C. Heritance Ayurveda Mahageda, Bentota, was another unique destination, designed by Maestro Geoffrey Bawa, that enjoyed much of its tranquillity and friendly staff.
