The programme provided participants with hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel techniques and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to improve productivity, simplify administrative tasks, and embrace digital transformation in the workplace.
The session was conducted by Mr. Dilan Gamage, together with Ms. Binali Ranasinghe, Mr. Ashara Abeywardana, and Mr. Dhammika Basnayaka, sharing valuable insights and practical guidance throughout the training.
With the participation of 40 DO Officers, this initiative contributed towards building a more efficient, technology-driven, and future-ready public sector workforce.
