I am starting a series of sessions for managers of a conglomerate on setting goals for their team members tomorrow. In preparation for this I realized that we too should be setting goals for ourselves so that we are focused on developing a better version of ourselves. So lets look at setting goals to improve our performance which we need for today (performance goals) and also how can we improve ourselves to face tomorrow (developmental goals). Fairly easy. I am going to set at least one in each area for now.
