Higher National Diploma in Management
HNDM - SLIATE - Nawalapitiya NEW INTAKE 2026
Among the courses available in SLIATE Institute, the highly recognized Higher National Diploma in Management (HNDM) is of three years duration and from the second year, further studies can be done based on Marketing Management or Human Resource Management.
Course studies are conducted completely free of charge in full English medium and during the final year, 06 months of practical training can be obtained under the supervision of NAITA institute.
This HNDM (Higher National Diploma in Management Course) is 3 years full time + Industrial Training.
What educational qualifications can we get through this?
NVQ 7 is the degree awarded by a university according to the world-recognised NVQ levels. Here you get the level of NVQ 6 Higher National Diploma (HND) certificate through SLIATE. You also have the opportunity to easily go up to the degree according to your needs. Each course is conducted in English medium and practical training can be obtained in the final year under the supervision of NAITA Institute.

උසස් ජාතික කළමනාකරණ ඩිප්ලෝමා පාඨමාලාව
SLIATE ආයතනය තුල පවතින පාඨමාලා අතරින් ඉහළ පිළිගැනීමක් සහිත උසස් ජාතික කළමනාකරණ ඩිප්ලෝමාව (HNDM ) වසර තුනකින් යුක්ත වන අතර දෙවන වසරේ සිට අලෙවි කළමනාකරණය (Marketing Management ) හෝ මානව සම්පත් කළමනාකරණය (Human Resource Management ) මූලික කරගෙන ඉදිරි අධ්යයන කටයුතු සිදුකළ හැකිය .
පාඨමාලා අධ්යන කටයුතු පුර්ණ ඉංග්රීසි මාධ්යයෙන් සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම නොමිලේ පැවැත්වෙන අතර අවසන් වසර තුළදී NAITA ආයතනයේ අධීක්ෂණය යටතේ මාස 06 ක ප්රායෝගික පුහුණුවක් ලබාගත හැක.
මෙම HNDM ( උසස් ජාතික කළමනාකරණ ඩිප්ලෝමා පාඨමාලාව) පුර්ණ කාලීන වසර 3ක් + Industrial Training.
මොකක්ද අපිට ලබා ගත හැකි අධ්යාපනික සුදුසුකම් මේ තුළින්?
ලෝකයම පිළිගත් NVQ මට්ටම් අනුව NVQ 7 යනු විශ්ව විද්යාලයකින් ලබා දෙන උපාධියයි. ඔබට SLIATE තුළින් මෙහිදි ලැබෙන්නේ NVQ 6 Higher National Diploma (HND) සහතිකයයි. ඔබට ඉන්පසුව තමාගේ අවශ්යතාවය මත පහසුවෙන් උපාධිය (Degree) දක්වා යෑමටද අවස්ථාව ඇත. සෑම පාඨමාලවක් ඉංග්රීසි මාධ්යයෙන් පැවැත්වෙන ප්රායෝගික පුහුණුවක් අවසන් වසර තුලදී NAITA ආයතනයේ අධීක්ෂණය යටතේ ලබාගත හැක.
