The Department of Human Resources Management is a major line department of the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce. It also plays a service role to all other departments of the Faculty by teaching Human Resource Management and Personal and Social Responsibility. The department endeavors to supply a pool of HRM graduates of high caliber to the country. Today the department has achieved the s
tatus of the most highly respected department in teaching, researching, and publishing consulting in the area of HRM in Sri Lanka. HRM Family is the official name of the Students’ Association of the department. The energetic and enthusiastic undergraduates engage in Association’s activities ranging from students magazine, guest lectures, fund raising activities, to students arranged outbound training even amidst their works of curriculum.
