Food loss and Waste Awareness Day

Behind every meal is a story — of soil, sweat, patience, and countless hands that brought it to our table. 🤍

May we never let abundance make us careless. ✨

Take what you need, treasure every bite, and share what you can.

May our gratitude be seen in what we save, not only in what we receive. 🌾

Be gentle with people. You may be seeing only a small part of what they are going through. 🤍

ometimes, being there for someone doesn’t require the perfect words or a grand gesture. Instead even a little consideration can mean more than we realise.

May Allah give us the wisdom to respond with compassion and make us a source of comfort and ease for those around us.

In a world where people are often driven by recognition, status, and personal gain, Islam reminds us of the beauty of a heart that remains sincere, humble, and generous.

May Allah help us become people who bring ease to others, give without expecting in return, and remain sincere even when no one is watching. 🤍
