🛑🛑 *SPECIAL NOTICE* 🛑🛑

This notice is for the students who attended the physical classes at ACME Academy this month. All students who attended and were willing to attend the physical classes this month please note that physical classes will not be held from next week onwards until further notice due to the prevailing unsafe situation in the country. However the physical classes held at ACME will be shifted to the online platform from this week onwards(18th July). The timetable will be the same timetable that was followed at the academy.

All students who attended and were willing to attend the physical classes at ACME Academy during the month of July are requested to send their
*ACME ID no.(20XX-###X), Name and medium* through
WhatsApp-(Poorna-0776996016) or
Calls-(Poorna-0721881852)
if you still have not been added to the WhatsApp group including such students.

Also please notify whether you paid for the month of July, whether you have converted your march payment for July or whether payments are pending.

Please note that this is not applied to students who continued the online classes at primetuition for the month of July.

At this moment we are moving into a dangerous situation in SL. It turns into an outbreak. We should not panic at this moment. We need to plan our meals and should not gather stocks of supplies unnecessarily for 5-6 months, restrict our tours and avoid gatherings to protect everyone as it spreads easily when it starts to spread. It’s a must to use hand sanitizers very often. If we have touched a strange surface or object we must not touch our face but immediately use a hand sanitizer with alcoholic content above 60%. Rub it for 20 seconds to be effective. Don’t touch doors and elevator k***s bear handed as they may contain the virus. It can live up to 1-3 days on those surfaces depending on the conditions. Use disposable tissues to handle those and then dispose those tissues properly. Don’t touch escalator railings and other hand railings, try to avoid.
If you or your family member start showing symptoms wear a face mask and inform the emergency service for corona control in the health ministry so that they will attend immediately. Don’t meet you family Doctor, you may call him and get advice. Try to avoid parties, gatherings, big matches and even big crowds of any form and help the officials to control this situation.
This virus can infect you easily through droplets. So the persons showing even the slightest symptoms must wear masks. Healthy people must use hand sanitizers and for them the face masks may not be effective as it could enter through your eyes as well. At your office if you meet strangers you should wear face masks, clear glasses if you don’t use spectacles, and frequent application of the sanitizers.
These are given for your knowledge and safety not to panic. If we take prompt actions properly we can fight properly and win this battle.
