Today marks a historic milestone as the ever-dedicated President of the LICOSESS College of Education, Dr. Benjamin Wehye , officially launched the largest private teacher training institution in Totota.
The reception from stakeholders across the two administrative districts was truly exceptional and inspiring, reflecting a commitment to advancing education.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the administration of LICOSESS Gbarnga Site, under the leadership of Mr. James F. Yarkpawolo for midwifing a new site.

Our profound gratitude goes to our esteemed President, Dr. Wehye, whose leadership and determination have made this dream a reality.

Indeed, there can be no meaningful education without the education of teachers.

Until this generation succeeds, our mission remains unfinished.

This is to inform the public in general that the LICOSESS College of Education, Gbarnga Branch, located at the St. Peter’s Episcopal High school campus in Gbarnga, will be administering her Late Entrance on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at 9:00 O’CLOCK AM for interested high school graduates wanting to obtain C- Certificate.

Moreover, interested candidates for our Associate Degree programs must have a C ’’- Certificate from any recognized teacher training institution in order to sit for the entrance exam.

Fees for entrances are as follows:
C-Certificate --------- 2500.LD
AA-Degree _______ 3500.00LD
