Harbel College is pleased to inform the general public that it will be administering its Second Entrance and Placement Examination for the first (1st) Semester 2023/2024 at two locations.

a) Registration runs from September 21st to October 26th 2023 from 9:00 a.m to 04:00 p.m daily
b) Administration of Examinations: October 28th 2023 @ 09:00 a.m
c) The Entrance and Placement fee is US$15.00 or its equivalent in Liberian dollars
