This is worth celebration then a mere political declaration of assets.

Honorable Fallah writes moment after the submission of a bill to make public colleges and universities free to attend.

"Today, consistent with my campaign promise, I submitted the most progressive education bill in the recent history of Liberia — a bill to make public colleges and universities free to attend. The bill also advocates the establishment of a trust fund for the payment of WASSCE fees for high school students, with no strings attached. The ongoing free tuition initiative cannot simply a CDC government program. It must be a law that successive governments will adhere to. Education is a human right and this bill seeks to ensure that no one is deprived of higher education because of income or background."
