I am also a benefactor of the TPG (The points Guy) fellowship program sponsored by Brian Kelly under the Peace Jam Foundation. I am passionate about making impact and changing the world for the better. As a young change maker, I believe it’s my responsibility to identify the problems and use whatever it is at my disposal to mitigate them. Thus, I like engaging with other young people around the wo
rld to tackle issues and use our unique abilities to solve problems that start from climate change to SGBV to Bad Governance. Moreover, I am a student of the Cuttington University, majoring Environmental science Why environmental science ? Today the world is susceptible to all kinds of changes, some which are caused anthropogenically and others naturally; but vast-majority of the changes occurring today is caused by human interferences. The emission of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere has altered the well-being of the environment which has result to climate change and global warming. These two disasters are contributing factors to drought and desertification in some regions. Knowing the changes around you and what causes it is one of the primary aims of Environmental scientists which will eventually save the world and the entire human race in particular. My goal After I have gotten all the necessary education needed for me to be an outstanding environmental scientist I want to create a non-for profit organization that will focus mainly on environmental sustainability, policy formulation as well as policy implementation in West Africa. Why West Africa? West Africa environmental issues are caused by anthropogenic effects on the African natural environment and have major impacts on humans and nearly all forms of endemic life. Issues include desertification, problems with access to safe water supply, population explosion and fauna depletion. These issues are ultimately linked to over-populationin Africa, as well as on a global scale. Nearly all of Africa's environmental problems are geographicallyvariable and human induced, though not necessarily by Africans. Other issue in West Africa, Deforestation, Air pollution etc.
