Humanity first Liberia was established in 2004 and has been providing relief to the war affected communities and to providing medical Aid to rural part of the country. It also established a computer training center to provide low cost computer education to needy youth. The idea for this institute first came from the Vice President of The Republic of Liberia, His Excellency Dr. Joseph N. Raised the

issue of lack of skilled trainers, and vocational and technical education in Liberia on several occasions during meetings with Humanity First (HF) leadership. Skilled labor plays a vital role in the development of any nation and HF stepped forward to play its part in a country that is recouping from the horrors of almost fifteen years of civil war.
