نظمت شعبة التاريخ والمجال والتراث، بالتعاون مع مختبر المغرب والعالم الخارجي، محاضرة بعنوان: "التاريخ الموجز للاستشراق في الأراضي المنخفضة: نموذج كريستيان سنوك هورغروني (1857-1936)"، قدمها الأستاذ ليون بوسكينز، مدير المركز الثقافي الهولندي بالرباط.
تم عقد اللقاء يوم الجمعة 24 نونبر 2023، برحاب كلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية بن مسيك جامعة الحسن الثاني بالدار البيضاء. وقد حضر هذا اللقاء مجموعة من الأساتذة والطلبة، حيث تم تبادل الأفكار والآراء حول الموضوع.

أصدر مكتب تنسيق التعريب بالرباط حديثًا "المعجم الموحد لمصطلحات الدبلوماسية". يندرج هذا الإصدار في إطار الجهود التي يبذلها المكتب لإثراء اللغة العربية بالمصطلحات العلمية والحضارية العامة. وقام بتنسيق هذا العمل الأستاذ عبد الفتاح الحجمري، مدير مكتب تنسيق التعريب بالرباط، الذي أوضح أنه تم تكليف فريق عمل من الأساتذة وتشكيل لجنة علمية لإعداد ومراجعة وتحسين المعجم. وأكد أيضًا أن المعجم يجمع بين العلم والفن ويتطلب قدرات وكفاءات معينة لفهم واستخدام مصطلحات الدبلوماسية بدقة وفعالية.

حفل تخرج طلبة الماستر "الوفاء والاستمرار"
نظم طلبة ماستر الدبلوماسية في تاريخ العلاقات الدولية للمغرب من الوسيط إلى الآن، حفل تخرج فوج 2023، وذلك يوم الإثنين 17 يوليوز برحاب كلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية بنمسيك بجامعة الحسن الثاني الدار البيضاء.
تخلل الحفل كلمات تحفيزية لعدد من الأطر الجامعية من السيد عميد كلية العلوم بنمسيك د. الطالبي محمد إلى كلمة نائب عميد كلية الآداب بنمسيك السيد إبراهيم فدادي وكلمة رئيسة الشعبة ومنسقة الماستر د. ليلي مزيان وثلة من أساتذة الماستر وعدد من الأطر الإدارية. فعلى مسار هذين السنتين 2021/2023، حددت أهدافا أكاديمية تجمع بين العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية فضلا عن التاريخ، ثم تمكين الطلبة من امتلاك كفاءات في اللغات الأجنبية.
وقد توفق الطلبة في اختيار عنوان الحفل (الوفاء والاستمرار) وفاء تجلى بتكريم عدد من الأساتذة والطلبة وعرض حصيلة نشاط الماستر بشريط فيديو لا يتجاوز 7 دقائق، يؤرخ لمدة سنتين من التكوين والمشاركة في ندوات وطنية ودولية صاغها المشرفون بكل محبة ووعي بأهمية تكوين جيل جديد من الباحثين، على قاعدة صلبة أكاديميا.
أما عن الاستمرار فقد كانت ارتسامات الطلبة أكثر حماسا، واعتبروا مسارهم التكويني هذا بداية نحو أهداف جديدة في الحياة المهنية والعلمية، والاستعداد لتحديات جديدة بكل ثقة ومواصلة البذل والعطاء.
Master's Graduation Ceremony "Loyalty and Continuity"
Students of the Master "Diplomacy in the History of International Relations of Morocco" organized the graduation ceremony of the 2023 graduation cohort, on Monday, July 17, at the Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences Ben M'Sik, Hassan II University, Casablanca.
The ceremony included motivational speeches by a number of university executives, such as the Dean of Sciences Ben M'Sik, Dr. Mohamed Talbi, the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences Ben M'Sik, Mr. Ibrahim Fadadi, the Head of the Depatment "History and Civilisation" and the Master’s Coordinator, Dr. Leila Maziane, as well as a group of master's professors and a considerable number of administrative frameworks. Over the course of these two years 2021/2023, academic goals were set that combine humanities and social sciences as well as history, and then enable students to possess competencies in foreign languages.
These students succeeded in choosing the suitable title of the ceremony (Loyalty and Continuity), a fulfillment that was manifested by honoring a considerable number of professors and students, as well as presenting the outcome of the Master’s activity in a videotape of no more than 7 minutes, dating back to two years of knowledge and participation in national and international seminars formulated by the supervisors with all love and awareness of the importance of forming a new generation of researchers, with a solid academic path.
As for the continuity, these students' feelings were more enthusiastic. They considered this formative path as a beginning towards new goals in professional and scientific life, preparing for new challenges with confidence and continuing to give more and energetically.

بحماس كبير وطموح علمي حثيت ناقش طلبة ماستر "الديبلوماسية في تاريخ العلاقات الدولية للمغرب من العصر الوسيط إلى الآن" بحوثهم لنيل شهادة الماستر، وذلك يومي الخميس 6 يوليوز و الثلاثاء 11 يوليوز 2023.
وقد أشرف على هذه المناقشة لجان علمية تضم ثلة من الأساتذة سواء من داخل أسوار الكلية أو من خارجها.
شكلت هذه المناقشة فرصة ولقاء علميا مثمرا، قدم من خلاله الطلبة الباحثين ما أنجزوه.
وعموما، فقد تضمن النقاش ملاحظات هامة للسادة الأساتذة، الذين ناقشوا إشكالات البحوث ومضامينها بدقة عالية...
كل هذا كان ثمرة لتكوين غاية في التميز، حرص أساتذة الشعبة من خلاله على تلقين ما يمكن تلقينه بكل حب وتفان وإخلاص... وقد توجوه بإشرافهم على هذه البحوث، والسهر على أدق تفاصيلها.

احتضنت قاعة عبد الواحد خيري، بكلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية بنمسيك، جامعة الحسن الثاني بالدار البيضاء، يوم الجمعة 14 أكتوبر 2022، ابتداء من الساعة العاشرة والنصف، لقاء علميا من تنظيم شعبة التاريخ والحضارة لفائدة طلبة ماستر "الدبلوماسية في تاريخ العلاقات الدولية بالمغرب" وطلبة الإجازة، وبحضور طلبة الدكتوراه وباقي طلبة الكلية من مختلف التخصصات.
وشكل هذا اللقاء فرصة للاحتفاء بالمؤرخ المرموق، الأستاذ محمد كنبيب، أستاذ التاريخ المعاصر بكلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية محمد الخامس بالرباط، ومدير المعهد الملكي للبحث التاريخي للمملكة المغربية.
وقد تقدم الأستاذ محمد كنبيب بدرس أكاديمي مهم تحت عنوان: "العلاقات الدولية: مقاربة تاريخية".
افتتح هذا اللقاء الهام الأستاذ عبد القادر كنكاي، عميد الكلية، رحب فيها في البداية بالأستاذ المحاضر، ثم قدم شهادة في حق الأستاذ المحاضر كباحث مرموق عرفه شخصيا منذ ثمانيات القرن الماضي؛ باحث –كما يقول السيد عميد الكلية- طبع مسارا أكاديميا متميزا، اعتبارا لتعدد المعارف والثقافات التي راكمها من خلال تجربته الغنية والمتنوعة بالمغرب وأوروبا والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وأيضا لقيمة أعماله ومؤلفاته العلمية والأكاديمية الغزيرة والثرية التي أغنت الجامعات المغربية والعالمية.
بدورها عبرت الأستاذة ليلي مزيان عن اعتزازها بهذا اللقاء، وقدمت للحضور نظرة موجزة على مؤلفات الأستاذ محمد كنبيب ومساره المهني الأكاديمي الذي توج بتعيينه مديرا للمعهد الملكي للبحث التاريخي بالرباط. وأشارت الأستاذة ليلى إلى تنوع مجال البحث لدى الأستاذ محمد كنبيب، وجودة أبحاثه وكتاباته، مشيرة إلى أهمها. كما تعرضت الأستاذة ليلى إلى تجربة الأستاذ كنبيب كأستاذ باحث ومحاضر في عدد من الكليات والجامعات المغربية والغربية، وأيضا كشخصية تقلدت عدة مهام لصالح المغرب.
وبعدها أعطيت الكلمة للأستاذ محمد كنبيب الذي ابتدأ محاضرته التي استمرت لما يقارب الساعتين، بتقديم عبارات الشكر والثناء لكلية الآداب بنمسيك في شخص عميدها وأستاذها وأطرها وطلبتها، معبر ا في الوقت نفسه عن سعادته بلقاء أساتذة الكلية وطلبة ماستر الدبلوماسية وباقي الحضور، واعتبر هذه المحاضرة الافتتاحية فرصة لتقاسم بعض انشغالاته وهمومه البحثية في مجال الحقل التاريخي، مذكرا بارتباط موضوع مداخلته براهنية العلاقات الدولية المغربية؛ ثم عرج بعدها على تجربته الشخصية التي عاشها كطالب باحث في فرنسا مع جان باتيست دوروزيل تلميذ بير رينوفان، والتي اعتبرها بمثابة تجرية فريدة من نوعها.
الأستاذ المحاضر أكد على أن البحث التاريخي يتجاوز في كثير من مجالاته مجال التاريخ ليصبح مؤثرا في العلاقات الدولية، وجزءا هاما من مناهج الاستقراء في الدبلوماسية والعلاقات الدولية على صعيد البحث الأكاديمي الدولي، معززا ذلك بمفاهيم راهنية في ظل متغيرات عالمية طارئة. وانتقل بعدها إلى محور تناول فيه مسألة بروز الدولة الوطنية وإعادة مفهوم الدولة مع وباء كورونا، حيث قدم العديد من المعطيات الجديدة التي تنذر بتحول دولي ليس فقط في مجال الاقتصاد وإنما على مستوى المجتمع والعلاقات الدولية ككل.
أما المحور الثالث لمداخلة الأستاذ كنبيب، فقد ركز فيه على التحولات التي عرفها المغرب في القرن التاسع عشر، والأسباب التي ساهمت في إضعاف المغرب في علاقاته الخارجية، وذكر منها ظاهرة المحميين التي جاءت في ظروف صعبة زادت من تفاقم أوضاع المغرب في ظل بروز اقتصاد رأسمالي متشعب على مستوى أوروبا والدول المستعمرة، في مقابل اقتصاد مغربي هش. وهو ما جعل المغرب يحاول تفادي هذه التحولات وفك الارتباط بالإملاءات الأوروبية، مبرزا آليات مقاومة وصمود المغرب والسياسات الإصلاحية التي اتخذها بين ثنائية الإصلاح والتحفظ. ولم يفت الأستاذ المحاضر – وهو المتخصص في تاريخ الأقلية الدينية اليهودية المغربية- أن يتحف الحضور بمعطيات أنتروبولوجية وسوسيولوجية ممزوجة بالتاريخ في قضايا تتعلق بعدد من المتغيرات، كالمسألة اليهودية واليهود المغاربة وأداور هؤلاء في تاريخ ما قبل وإبان فترة الحماية.
واختتم هذا اللقاء بمجموعة من المداخلات والتساؤلات التي أجاب عنها الأستاذ المحاضر بكل دقة، ليسدل الستار على المحاضرة الافتتاحية المتميزة. بعدها مباشرة، انتقل الأستاذ محمد كنبيب بمعية عميد الكلية ونائبه الأستاذ إبراهيم فدادي، مصحوبين بعدد من الطلبة والحضور لزيارة متحف الكلية الذي يعتبر تجربة رائدة كونه الأول من نوعه في تاريخ كليات المغرب، حيث قدمت له الشروحات المطلوبة بخصوص ما يعرضه من صور وأدوات ومعطيات تهم تاريخ الدار البيضاء ومنطقة الشاوية وباقي جهات المغرب.
يشار إلى أن هذا اللقاء تم بتأطير من الأستاذة ليلي مزيان، رئيسة شعبة التاريخ والحضارة بكلية الآداب بنمسيك، ومنسقة ماستر الدبلوماسية في تاريخ العلاقات الدولية بالمغرب.
On Friday, October 14, 2022, at 10:30 am, a scientific meeting was taking place at Abdelouahed Khairi auditorium, at the Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences Ben M'sik, Hassan II University in Casablanca.
This scientific meeting was organized by the Department of History and Civilization for the benefit of students of The M.A "Diplomacy in the History of International Relations of Morocco", B.A Students, PhD students, and other students belong to other departments.

This meeting was an opportunity to celebrate the academic path of the historian, Professor Mohammed Kenbib, Professor of Contemporary History at the Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences in Rabat, and Director of the Royal Institute for Research in the History of Morocco-the Academy of the Kingdom of Morocco . Professor Kenbib delivered an important academic lesson under the title: "International Relations: A Historical Approach".

This meeting was opened by Professor Abdelkader Gonegai, Dean of the faculty, who initially welcomed the lecturer warmly, then introduced the researcher he knew personally since the eighties of the last century. As the Dean of the faculty mentioned, Mohammed Kenbib has made a distinguished academic path, due to the multiplicity of knowledge and cultures that he has accumulated through his diverse and varied experiences in Morocco and USA, as well as delivering valuable writings that evidently enriched those Moroccan and international academic studies.

Then, Ms. Leila Maziane expressed her pride in this meeting, and gave the audience a brief look regarding the books written by Professor Mohammed Kenbib and his academic career, especially how he was named Director of the Royal Institute for Historical Research in Rabat. Ms. Leila discussed the diversity of the research field of Professor Mohammed Kenbib, and the quality of his research and writings, noting the most important ones. Ms. Maziane displayed also specific details related to Professor Kenbib's large experience as a research professor and lecturer in a considerable number of Moroccan and international universities, as well as the tasks he assumed to serve his home country, Morocco.

Finally, the floor was given to Professor Mohammed Kenbib. he started the session, which lasted for nearly two hours, by thanking the participants; Mr the dean of the faculty , the professors, the guests and the students.
He shared some of his research concerns the field of history, recalling the relevance of the topic of his intervention to the current Moroccan international relations. Then, he referred to his personal experience as a research student in France with Jean-Baptiste Duroselle, a student of Pierre Renouvin. Mohammed Kenbib considered this experience qs being a unique one.

Mohammed Kenbib stressed that international relations are deeply influenced by historical aspects, which are very interesting in terms of approaches in diplomacy and international relations. He reinforced his ideas by current concepts in light of urgent global changes. Gradually, He addressed the issue of the emergence of Nation-states and the restoration of the concept of the state during the Corona epidemic. Professor Kenbib displayed new data that portend an international transformation which encompass all the fields, as well as international relations.

During the third component of Professor Kenbib’s intervention, he focused on the transformations that Morocco experienced in the nineteenth century, and the reasons that contributed to the weakening of Morocco in terms of its foreign relations. He also mentioned the phenomenon of "Protected People" that aggravated Morocco’s conditions during the emergence of a complex capitalist economy in Europe and the colonial countries. Whereas, Moroccan economy was fragile. This is why Morocco tried eagerly to get rid of these transformations and disengage from European dictates at that time. The professor highlighted the mechanisms of resistance and Morocco's steadfastness and the reform policies that adopted in face of the duality of reform and reservation. The lecturer - who specializes in the history of the Moroccan Jewish religious minority - did provided the audience with anthropological and sociological data mixed with history on issues related to some variables, such as the Jewish issue and Moroccan Jews and their roles in the Moroccan history, especially before and during the protectorate.

The meeting concluded with a set of interventions and questions that the lecturer answered meticulously, bringing the curtain down on the distinguished opening lecture. Immediately, Professor Mohammed Kenbib, accompanied by the Dean of the College and his deputy, Professor Ibrahim Fadadi, and bya considerable number of students, visited the College Museum, which is considered a pioneering experience as it is the first in the history of Moroccan faculties.

It is noteworthy that this meeting was supervised by Ms. Leila Maziane, Head of the History and Civilization Division at the Faculty of Letters and Humanities Ben M'sik, and coordinator of the Master of "Diplomacy in the History of International Relations of Morocco".

Les étudiants du Master La Diplomatie dans l'histoire des Relations Internationales du Maroc (DHRIM) ont été à l'heure au prix de visiter le grand Salon international de l'édition et du livre à Rabat, hier samedi.
Ils ont eu l'honneur de partager des moments de joie et de plaisance avec le professeur Leila Maziane lors de sa soirée dédicace du son livre "l'Oriental et la Méditerranée : Au delà des frontières".
Aussi, Ils ont tenté leur chance de rencontrer le ministre de la jeunesse, du sport et de la culture Mr. Mohamed Mehdi Bensaid lors de sa visite quotidienne du Salon, éternisant cette rencontre exceptionnelle avec une photo.
Les étudiants ont profité de cette visite à but d'arroser leur bibliothèques personnelles en acquièrent des ouvrages qui peuvent développer leur connaissances polyvalentes.
Le dernier arrêt de cette journée était avec la présentation du livre "L'immigration dans les relations Franco-marocaines". Réalisé et forgé par le professeur Khalid Ouassou. Cette présentation était encadrée par les professeurs Mohamed Laazri, Abdelaziz Tahiri et Mohammed Oubihi.
À la fin de journée, les DHRIMistes étaient parfaitement satisfaits d'être présent dans ce forum intellectuel et culturel qui montre, sans doute, l'habilité du Royaume du Maroc d'organiser toute sorte d'instances internationales.

في إطار برنامجه السنوي، نظم مختبر المغرب والعالم الخارجي (شعبة التاريخ) التابع لكلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية بنمسيك. جامعة الحسن الثاني بالدار البيضاء، محاضرة هامة مع الأستاذ عبد المنعم بونو، أستاذ بجامعة محمد الخامس الرباط، تحت عنوان "علاقات المغرب بأمريكا اللاتينية". لفائدة طلبة سلك الدكتوراه والماستر، وطلبة الإجازة بشعبة التاريخ والحضارة ؛ وذلك يوم الاثنين 16 ماي 2022م، ابتداء من التاسعة والنصف صباحا.
أطر اللقاء الأستاذ خالد سرتي، رئيس المختبر و أستاذ التاريخ الوسيط بنفس الكلية. في البداية، تناولت الأستاذة ليلي مزيان رئيسة شعبة التاريخ والحضارة ومنسقة ماستر "الدبلوماسية في تاريخ العلاقات الدولية للمغرب" DHRIM كلمة رحبت فيها بالأستاذ المحاضر وقدمت سيرة علمية له.
بعدها، أعطيت الكلمة للأستاذ المحاضر الذي بدأ محاضرته بالتعريف بالمجال الجغرافي لأمريكا اللاتينية، قبل أن يمر إلى الحديث عن البدايات الأولى للعلاقات المغربية المغرب بعدد من هذه الدول بدءا بالقرن التاسع عشر ومطلع القرن العشرين. وقد حاول الأستاذ بونو تقريب الطلبة من طبيعة وضعية أمريكا الوسطى والجنوبية والكاريبي،- وأشار إلى أهم المحطات التاريخية التي ميزت تاريخ هذه العلاقات، مسلطا الضوء أكثر على أهمية العمل الدبلوماسي المغربي سواء الرسمي أو الموازي، خصوصا الشق المتعلق ب"الجانب الأكاديمي الجامعي". ولم يفت الأستاذ المحاضر أن يتناول عدة منعطفات من عمر العلاقات التي واكبها بحكم اختصاصه وإقامته لمدة طويلة بأمريكا اللاتينية، لافتا النظر إلى أهم المحطات التي مرت منها العلاقات في الظروف الصعبة مع قضية الوحدة الترابية للمغرب، وأهم السفراء، فضلا عن الزيارات الملكية التي قام بها الملك محمد السادس، والمشاريع الهامة للتعاون الاقتصادي جنوب جنوب، علاوة على الدور المتزايد سواء من الجانب المغربي أو من طرف دول أمريكا اللاتينية، وكذا أهمية المجالات الثقافية والاقتصادية ضمن هذه العلاقات.
وفي ختام مداخلة الأستاذ عبد المنعم بونو، تقدم الطلبة بعدة أسئلة وآراء حول هذه التجربة وأهمية الاحتكاك بالثقافة اللاتينية التي تتميز بحيويتها، وشجع الأستاذ الطلبة على التمكن من اللغات خصوصا الإسبانية، معتبرا أن الباب مفتوح لكل من يهتم بتاريخ القارة لاستكمال دراسته في إطار الشراكات التي تجمع الجامعات المغربية بنظيرتها في عدد من الدول اللاتينية.

The meeting was moderated by Professor khaled Serti, head of the laboratory and professor of medieval history at the same university. At the beginning, Ms. Lëila Maziane, Head of the Department of History and Civilization and Coordinator of the Master's "Diplomacy in the History of International Relations of Morocco" DHRIM, made a speech in which she welcomed the lecturer and presented his biography.
Then, the floor was given to the lecturer, who started his lecture with introducing the geographical area of Latin America. He disccussed the early beginnings of Moroccan relations with a considerable number of these countries, which in the nineteenth century and the beginning of the twentieth century. Professor Buonou tried to shed light on the situation of Central and South America and the Caribbean. He also discussed the most important historical moments that marked the history of these relations, including the importance of Moroccan diplomatic job, whether official or parallel, especially the aspect related to the "university academic aspect". The lecturer addressed several turning points in terms of the relations that he encountred due to his competence and his long stay in Latin America, encompassing the most important stations through which the relations passed in difficult circumstances. He also discussed the issue of the territorial integrity of Morocco, the most important ambassadors, as well as the royal visits made by the King Mohammed VI, and the important projects of "South-south" economic cooperation, in addition to the increasing role of both the Moroccan side and the Latin American countries, as well as the importance of the cultural and economic fields within these relations.
Finally, the students asked several questions and gave opinions about this experience and the importance of communicating with the vibrant Latin culture. The professor encouraged the students to master languages, especially Spanish, and told the students that there was a possibility to continue studying in Latin countries within the framework of partnerships.
