2nd Installment for SPRING 2026: Due date is March 29th,2026
Dear Student,
We would like to inform you that the second installment, or any outstanding balance, should be paid no later than March 29th, 2026. You are kindly requested to meet this deadline to avoid a financial hold that would prevent you from pre-registering for the next session, as well as late payment fees (2% per week) applied to payments received after the due date.

Please note that failure to settle your balance on time will also prevent you from obtaining any official document or certificate from the University, and a financial hold will be placed on your account.

Would you please find hereafter the SPRING 2026 targeted days to keep in mind.
•January 2th,2026 Preliminary charges
•January 11th,2026 Payment Deadline for Preliminary charges
•January 31th ,2026 Deadline to pay any adding courses & miscellaneous charges.
•March 29th,2026 Deadline of 2nd installment/ due Balance
•April 06th,2026 Financial Holds for Summer/Fall 2026

•Please note that starting January 02nd,2026 your Statement of preliminary charges will be posted on the following intranet address: https://my.aui.ma/ics/ (My account info (Amounts in MAD)>My account Info>My account Balances>Course and fee statement).

•In case you are in a waiting list, or you need to add/ drop courses, the business office has put at your disposal a pro-forma simulator to get an idea about the estimated cost of the semester: http://www.aui.ma/billing/

Dear Student,
We would like to inform you that the second installment OR any due balance should be paid no later than November 2nd,2025. Hence, you are cordially asked to meet this deadline in order to avoid financial hold that will prevent you from pre-registering next session and avoid paying any late payment fee, which is normally charged on payment received after this due date (2% per week).
In addition, if you fail to pay on time, you will be denied the right to get any official document or certificate from the University and the financial hold will be processed.
