Change the order of tasks. အလုပ် လုပ်ကိုင်မှုအစီအစဉ်ကိုပြောင်းလဲ လုပ်ကြည့်ပါ။ အရင်တုန်းက အလုပ်တွေအများကြီးထဲက အလွယ်ဆုံးကို အရင်စလုပ်ရင် အခက်ခဲဆုံးကစလုပ်ကြည့်ပါ။ အခက်ခဲဆုံးကို အရင်စလုပ်ခဲ့ရင် အရမ်းမခက်တာက ဒါမှမဟုတ် အလွယ်ဆုံးကစလုပ်ကြည့်ပါ။ ဘာပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ် အပြောင်းအလဲတစ်ခုခုက ပျင်းရိမှုကို အတိုင်းအတာတစ်ခုအထိ လျှော့ချနိုင်ပါတယ်။

Reward yourself. အလုပ်တွေများလွန်းလို့ အလုပ်လုပ်ရမှာ ပျင်းရိနေပြီ ဆိုရင်တော့ အရင်ဆုံးလုပ်သင့်တာက Urgent/ Important Grid ကိုသုံးပါ။ အလျင်လိုတာနဲ့ အရေးကြီးတာ၊ အလျင်လိုပြီး အရေးမကြီးတာ၊ အရေးကြီးပြီး အလျင်မလိုတာ၊ အရေးသိပ်မကြီး အလျင်လည်းမလိုတဲ့ဟာဆိုပြီး အလုပ်တွေကို (၄) မျိုးခွဲခြားလုပ်ကိုင်ပါ။ လုပ်ဆောင်ရမယ့် အလုပ်တစ်ခုကို အောင်အောင် မြင်မြင်ပြီးမြောက်သွားခဲ့ရင် အခြားအလုပ်တစ်ခုစောင့်နေမယ်ဆိုတာကတော့ အသေအချာပါပဲ။ ဒါတွေကို စဉ်းစားရင်း လုပ်ချင်ကိုင်ချင်စိတ်ပျောက်အောင် ပျင်းရိတာတွေလျော့ပေါ့အောင် အလုပ်တစ်ခုကို အောင်အောင်မြင်မြင် ပြီးသွားပြီးတဲ့နောက် ရုံးပိတ်ရက်လိုမျိုးမှာ မိမိကိုယ်ကို ဆုချတဲ့အနေနဲ့ ပန်းခြံသွားတာတွေ၊ ရုပ်ရှင်ကြည့်တာတွေ၊ ကစားကွင်းသွားတာတွေ ဟာသာစာပေတွေ ဖတ်တာတွေ၊ ခရီးသွားတာတွေနဲ့ ပြန်လည်အပန်းဖြေပါ။ မိမိအထက်က စီမံခန့်ခွဲသူတွေ အသိအမှတ်မပြုခဲ့ရင်တောင်မှာ မိမိကိုယ်ကို မိမိ ပြန်လည်ဆုချတဲ့သဘောမျိုးလုပ်ဆောင်ပါ။

Take time out. သုတေသီတွေကတော့ မိနစ် ၁၂၀ (၂ နာရီ) လောက် အလုပ်လုပ်ပြီးတိုင်းမှာ (၁၀) မိနစ်လောက် ခဏအနားယူဖို့လိုအပ်တယ်လို့ ဆိုထားပါတယ်။ ဒီလိုအနားယူလိုက်တဲ့အတွက် ကုန်ဆုံးသွားတဲ့ စွမ်းအင်တွေ ပြန်လည်လန်းဆန်းသွားစေတယ်လို့ဆိုပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်မှာ (၂) နာရီတိုင်းမှာ (၁၀) မိနစ်အနားယူမယ်ဆိုရင် တစ်နေ့အလုပ်ချိန် ၈ နာရီမှာ မိနစ် (၄၀) ကို အနားယူဖို့အတွက် အသုံးချသလိုတော့ ဖြစ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ လုပ်ငန်းတချို့အနေနဲ့ Tea Time ဆိုပြီး နာရီ၀က် (သို့မဟုတ်) မိနစ် (၄၀) ဆိုပြီးပေးလေ့ရှိတတ်ပြီး တချို့လုပ်ငန်းတွေအနေနဲ့ Tea Time ဆိုတာမရှိတာ တွေ့ရပါတယ်။

Get to know yourself better. မိမိကိုယ်ကိုမိမိပိုသိအောင်လုပ်ပါ။ ဆိုလိုတာကို တချို့တွေက မနက်ပိုင်းမှာ အလုပ်ပိုလုပ်နိုင်ပေမဲ့ တချို့တွေက ညနေပိုင်းမှာ အလုပ်ပိုလုပ်နိုင်တာတွေရှိပါတယ်။ မိမိပိုအလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်တဲ့ အချိန်ဟာ မနက်ပိုင်းလား ညနေပိုင်းလားဆိုတာကို သိအောင်လုပ်ပါ။မိမိပိုအလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်တဲ့ အချိန်မှာ ပျင်းရိဖွယ်အလုပ်တွေကို အဆုံးသတ်နိုင်အောင် ကြိုးစားပါ။

Identify possible causes. ဖြစ်နိုင်တဲ့အကြောင်းတရားတွေကိုရှာဖွေပါ။ No လို့ပြောတာဟာ ပျင်းရိတာကို ဖြေလျှော့နိုင်တယ်လို့ အဆိုအမိန့်တွေရှိပါတယ်။ တခါတလေမှာ ဖြစ်တတ်တာက အလုပ်အရမ်းရှုပ်ပါတယ်ဆိုတဲ့သူတွေဟာ သူများတွေရဲ့ မျောက်တွေ (အလုပ်တွေ) ကို သူတို့ကျောပေါ်တင်ထားတဲ့ သူတွေပဲဖြစ်တတ်ပါတယ်။ အဓိကပြဿနာက အားနာတတ်တာပါပဲ။ ဘာတွေပဲ အကူအညီတောင်းတောင်း ခေါင်းညိတ်လေ့ရှိပြီး အလုပ်တွေပိပြီး နောက်တော့ အလုပ်များပြီး လုပ်ချင်စိတ်မရှိတော့ဘဲ ပျင်းသွားတတ်ပါတယ်။

Investigate delegation. မိမိလက်အောက်မှာရှိတဲ့ ၀န်ထမ်းငယ်တွေကို လုပ်ငန်းတာ၀န်ခွဲဝေပေးပါ။ တချို့တွေက ကိုယ်တိုင်လုပ်မှ ကျေနပ်ကြပြီး နေရာတကာ စီမံခန့်ခွဲနေလို့၊ အလုပ်တာ၀န်ခွဲဝေမပေးလို့ အလုပ်များပြီး မလုပ်ချင်တော့တာဖြစ်တတ်ပါတယ်။ လုပ်ငန်းတာ၀န်ခွဲဝေပေးတဲ့နေရာမှာလည်း နှစ်ဦးနှစ်ဘက်အကျိုးရှိအောင်ဆောင်ရွက်ပါ။ မိမိအတွက် ပျင်းရိမှုတချို့ လျော့ပေါ့ဖို့ အလုပ်ခွဲဝေပေးတာဖြစ်သလို ခွဲဝေတာ၀န်ပေးခံရမယ့်၀န်ထမ်း အတွက်လည်း ကျွမ်းကျင်မှု၊ ဗဟုသုတအသစ် တိုးစေမယ့်အရာမျိုးဖြစ်ဖို့ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။
အထက်မှာဖေါ်ပြခဲ့တဲ့ နည်းလမ်းတွေဟာ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်ပျင်းရိမှုတွေကို တတ်နိုင်သလောက်လျှော့ချနိုင်မှာဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် လက်တွေ့ကျင့်သုံးကြည့်စေ လိုပါတယ်။
