🌱 Learning Beyond the Classroom | BBA Practical Learning at NSI
At Ningshawng Social Institute (NSI), we believe that business education goes beyond textbooks, lectures, and classroom discussions.
Our BBA students are learning through a Kitchen Garden Project—turning an open space into a place where they can experience teamwork, planning, responsibility, resource management, and sustainable living.
From preparing the soil and making compost to planting and maintaining the garden, every task becomes a practical lesson.
💡 What can a kitchen garden teach a BBA student?
🌱 Planning – Understanding how to turn an idea into an actionable plan.
🤝 Teamwork – Learning how people with different roles can work toward one goal.
💰 Resource Management – Using available time, materials, money, and space wisely.
📊 Problem Solving – Facing real challenges and finding practical solutions.
🌍 Sustainability – Understanding the value of responsible use of natural resources.
💼 Entrepreneurial Thinking – Seeing how even a small project can create value and potentially become an income-generating opportunity.
This is what practical education looks like.
Our students are not only learning how to manage a business—they are learning how to manage people, resources, challenges, and opportunities in real life.
🌱 Learn. Practice. Create. Grow.
