Our Ambassador — Our Voice
When the roar of military aircraft filled the sky, the bombs did not fall on battlefields.
They struck schools where children were learning, hospitals caring for the sick, and communities where civilians lived.
Children fled their classrooms—some ran to bomb shelters, while others hid beneath their desks, trying to stay alive.
Leaving their books and shoes behind, they ran for their lives.
But not every child made it home.
For the parents who lost their children, only grief remained.
Airstrikes destroyed entire villages and reduced homes to ashes. Even monasteries, churches, and mosques—places where people sought refuge—were no longer safe.
These are not distant stories. They are the realities that the people of Myanmar continue to endure because of the military’s attacks.
Who is bringing these injustices before the United Nations and speaking for the people of Myanmar?
