NOBEL refers to Alfred Nobel who invented dynamite 🧨 and creator of Nobel prizes 🏆 .So, it actually means famous awards 🏆

NOBLE refers to noble jobs or profession such as teacher 👩‍🏫,doctor etc.So, it actually means good character or high status 😇

Easy way to remember:
• NobEL → Ends with EL → think “prizE” → award

What is the difference between “ sitting in the chair “ and “ sitting on the chair “ ??

“sit in the chair” နဲ့ “sit on the chair” က အဓိပ္ပာယ်နည်းနည်းကွာပါတယ်နော်ရှင် 😇

1. sit on the chair

👉 သာမန်အသုံးများဆုံး
👉 “ကုလားထိုင်ပေါ်မှာထိုင်” လို့ အဓိပ္ပာယ်ရပါတယ်
• ဥပမာ👇👇👇
• Please sit on the chair.
(ထိုင်ခံုပေါ်မှာ ထိုင်ပါ)

➡️ Chair လို အရာတွေမှာ လူတွေက ပုံမှန် “on” သုံးပါတယ်။

👉 အထူးသဖြင့် armchair / sofa လို “နက်ပြီး လက်တန်းပါတဲ့ ထိုင်ခုံ” တွေမှာ သုံးတတ်ကြပါတယ်။

Today, I would love to share some habits about personal hygiene concerning with teeth 🦷. As we know the famous proverb “ Health is Wealth “ , we should take care of our whole body parts including our teeth.That’s why, I want you all to know some benefits of tooth scaling!!!

Benefits of Tooth Scaling (Professional Teeth Cleaning) 🦷✨

Tooth scaling is a professional dental procedure where a dentist or dental hygienist removes plaque and tartar (hardened plaque) from the teeth and gum line using special tools. It is usually recommended every 6–12 months.

Here are the main benefits:

1. Prevents Gum Disease

When plaque and tartar stay on teeth, bacteria grow and irritate the gums.
Scaling helps prevent gingivitis and periodontitis, which can lead to tooth loss.

2. Removes Tartar That Brushing Cannot Remove

Even if you brush well, some plaque hardens into tartar.
Tartar is very hard and cannot be removed with a toothbrush, so scaling is necessary.

3. Reduces Bad Breath

Bacteria and food trapped under tartar cause chronic bad breath (halitosis).
After scaling, the mouth feels clean and fresh.

Today, I would love to share updated service of Phuket EV bus tour for the people who are interested in visiting Phuket.

Phuket now has public electric sightseeing buses with open roofs that are especially aimed at tourists and residents who want to explore Phuket’s historic areas in a fun, eco-friendly way.

📍 In Phuket Town (Old Town), the local municipality has launched open-top electric buses designed for city sightseeing. These are small EV buses with open roofs, about 17–18 seats, and they run on set routes around Old Town so riders can enjoy views and photos easily while learning about the area’s history and culture.

• The buses are decorated with themes reflecting Phuket’s Sino-European heritage.

Today, I would love to share how to make “ Thai papaya salad “ 🥗

🥗 Thai Papaya Salad (Som Tam – ส้มตำ)😋😋

A fresh, spicy, sweet, and sour salad from Northeastern Thailand (Isaan).

🛒 Ingredients (2 servings)
• 2 cups green papaya, shredded
• 1–2 cloves garlic
• 1–2 Thai bird’s eye chilies (adjust spice level)
• 1 tbsp palm sugar (or brown sugar)
• 1–2 tbsp fish sauce
• 1–2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
• 1 tbsp tamarind juice (optional, for deeper sourness)
• 1 tbsp dried shrimp
• 2 tbsp roasted peanuts
• 6–8 cherry tomatoes, halved
• 4–5 long beans, cut into 3 cm pieces

🥣 How to Make It (Traditional Mortar Method)
1. Pound garlic & chili
Use a mortar and pestle. Pound lightly until crushed (not too fine).
2. Add sugar
Pound until dissolved.
3. Add long beans & tomatoes
Lightly bruise them so juices come out.
4. Season
Add fish sauce, lime juice, and tamarind juice. Mix well.
5. Add papaya
Put shredded papaya in. Use spoon + pestle to gently pound and mix (don’t smash too hard).
6. Finish
Add dried shrimp and peanuts. Toss and taste. Adjust:
• More lime = more sour
• More sugar = sweeter
• More fish sauce = saltier
• More chili = spicier 🔥

🍽️ How to Serve
• Best with sticky rice (ข้าวเหนียว)
• Great with grilled chicken (ไก่ย่าง)
• Or as a fresh side dish

• Som Tam Isaan – saltier, may include fermented fish sauce (ปลาร้า)
