💲Salary : Negotiable
🕘 Working Hours : 9:00am to 5:00pm (5) days a week
📄 Requirements : Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any degree with administrative experiences in training school and institutes
🔖 Reports to : CEO

✔️Serves as the administrative official of the school under the supervision of CEO.
✔️Assumes ultimate responsibility for the management and operation of the school in accordance with law, and School Committee policies and regulations.
✔️Supervises the effective and efficient implementation of the trainings and instructional programs.
✔️Assists to develop annual goals and a strategic plan and business plan for the Institute of Management and Logistics.
✔️Develops the plans to ensure the rights of all students are respected and that all have equal access to the educational opportunities necessary to meet their needs and abilities.
✔️Manages the social media with regular advertisement and prompt replies.
✔️Assist in planning and supervision of instructors’ conferences.
✔️Develops the school calendar and monthly activities of corporate training programs in partnership with companies and organizations.
✔️Oversees the evaluation of instructional materials, including textbooks, computer programs, library/media acquisitions, and other instructional materials.
✔️Collaborates with CEO and instructors in regular basis.
✔️Maintains individual student records
✔️Assists in financial management
✔️Implements registration, screening, placement, evaluation, promotion and plans and implements graduation ceremonies.
✔️Administers the organization, implementation and supervision of field trips and co-curricular activities.
✔️Maintains the school as a healthy and safe learning environment for students.
✔️Maintains a high level of personal integrity and a strong work ethics.
