The final day of the Annual International Multidisciplinary Conference wrapped up with forward-thinking conversations revolving around education, diversity, enterprise, and wellbeing.
The day began with a Spotlight Expert session featuring Dr Ian Mifsud, Director General at the Secretariat for Catholic Education, in conversation with Mr Roderick Vassallo, offering key insights into leadership and transformation in education.
This was followed by two powerful panel discussions. The first explored how ๐๐ฏ๐ต๐ฆ๐ณ๐ฑ๐ณ๐ช๐ด๐ฆ & ๐๐ช๐ฏ๐ข๐ฏ๐ค๐ช๐ข๐ญ ๐๐ฏ๐ต๐ฆ๐ญ๐ญ๐ช๐จ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ค๐ฆ can empower students for economic success, while the second tackled the complexities of ๐๐ช๐ท๐ฆ๐ณ๐ด๐ช๐ต๐บ ๐๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐จ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต ๐ช๐ฏ ๐๐ฅ๐ถ๐ค๐ข๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ข๐ญ ๐๐ฏ๐ด๐ต๐ช๐ต๐ถ๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ด, addressing social, cultural, and ethical challenges head-on.
In the afternoon, a diverse range of presentations took centre stage across parallel sessions. Topics included media literacy, sustainability, leadership in the age of AI, project-based learning, student wellbeing, and the evolving role of learning spaces and art in education.
As AIMC 2025 draws to a close, the Conference Committee would like to thank the keynote speakers, the spotlight expert, the chairpersons, the panellists, the moderators, the presenters, the participants and all the members of Junior College staff who were involved in the organisation of the conference and who contributed to having yet another successful event. Until next time!
