Tuina therapy , is a traditional form of massage that originated in China. Alongside acupuncture, qi gong, and Chinese herbal medicine, it represents one of the four main pillars of traditional Chinese medicine.
This practice is founded on the belief that disruptions or imbalances in qi—the body’s vital energy or life force—can lead to blockages that manifest as pain or illness.
Similar to acupuncture, Tuina focuses on specific acupoints, but instead of needles, practitioners use their fingers to apply pressure and stimulate these areas. Tuina massage is often performed in conjunction with acupuncture for enhanced therapeutic effect.

Experience the ancient healing art of Tuina Massage, a therapeutic practice designed to restore balance and promote the flow of energy within the body. Utilizing a blend of techniques such as kneading, pressing, rolling, stretching, and gentle manipulation, Tuina works to harmonize the body's energy, known as Qi, to foster natural self-healing.
Practitioners use their hands and arms to carefully massage, realign, and stretch muscles, bones, ligaments, and tendons, enhancing mobility and alleviating tension. By targeting specific pressure points, Tuina stimulates the body's meridians—energy pathways—similar to the principles of acupuncture, promoting overall wellness.
Incorporating herbal poultices, compresses, and salves, Tuina Massage also leverages the power of natural remedies to deepen therapeutic effects, offering a comprehensive approach to holistic healing. Unlock the benefits of this time-tested therapy and restore your body’s equilibrium.
For booking an appointment, please call: 23403988, 23403106.
Monday through Friday, from 8:00-13:00.( Summer working hours).
