Yesterday, the General Assembly adopted a Resolution on the Advisory Opinion of the ICJ on the Obligations of States in Respect of Climate Change 🇺🇳 Malta was proud to co-sponsor the resolution.

🤝 In 1988, Malta spearheaded the initiative to recognise climate change as a Common Concern of Humankind and this resolution marks a defining milestone in the realisation of that vision to uphold legal integrity and mark climate change as a legal obligation 🌐
