On Thursday 11th and Friday 12th June, year 1 students from Gozo College participated in the 'Beautiful Bubbles' show by Esplora.
Through interactive demonstrations and engaging activities, our beloved young visitors explored scientific concepts, fostering curiosity and promoting the importance of STEM.

🌟 Exciting collaboration between Gozo College and Esplora! 🌟
Our Year 1 students will soon be enjoying Beautiful Bubbles, an engaging science show designed especially for Little Explorers. Through fascinating bubble experiments, children will discover why bubbles are colourful, why they form spheres and much more!
This engaging experience will encourage young learners to explore materials, light, colours and water through fun and interactive investigations, sparking curiosity and a love for STEM from an early age.
We look forward to the coming days filled with wonder, discovery and of course, beautiful bubbles! 🫧✨

Esplora Interactive Science Centre

Last month the Gozo College embarked on a new initiative for Year 2 students entitled STEMtopia: Shaping curious thinkers through play. This problem-based initiative aims to engage students in authentic, fun STEM activities outside the classroom. The event was held at Wistin Dingli playing field at Xewkija.

For the third consecutive year, the Gozo College Psychosocial Team, in collaboration with the International Learners' Directorate, organised a Multicultural Day for our Year 6 students and their parents/guardians. Throughout the day, students explored different traditions and cultures through crafts, folk music, drama, games and calligraphy. This event continues to provide a valuable opportunity for students to learn about and appreciate the richness of different cultures while promoting inclusion and respect.
