And I know that you are agreeable that every species has a place for himself on this planet.
So why not the flying foxes.

Hail DRSC! Hail Droopies!

A massacre is looming: Mauritius is declaring open season on flying foxes, the giant fruit bats unique to the island. The government wants to kill the animals for allegedly damaging the crops of orchard owners. The cull could lead to the extinction of the species.

It's actually Earth Day !!!

Happy Earth Day droopies.

Its kinda sad. Koz for those who remember the fervour with which we used to celebrate this particular day at drsc, it leaves my heart with sorrow.

-The way we'd distribute plants and recycled things,

-The happiness and cheering of the whole crew while we'd walk to the primary schools,

-The screams and shouts to express our love for the earth,

-The costumes and makeup we'd all prepare for weeks before the big day,

-The majorettes performing their act,

-The smiles of locals who'd open their doors and even come forward just to see us walk down the streets of Calebasses

and so much more...

I hope that our future droopies do have the chance to continue with our legacy.
Till then, let us do no harm to our little planet.
