Primera serie de la Miel Cristal.
La miel más clara y pura. Miel de abeja melipona en su estado más transparente.
Solamente el 1% de la miel melipona actualmente se cosecha con esta tonalidad translúcida casi incolora. Con un sabor inicialmente fuerte y rústico para posteriormente volverse muy dulce.
Para lograr esto es necesario que un grupo reducido de abejas de una misma colmena se centren principalmente en la flora del sak kaatsim, y que el bulbo mielero se mantenga íntegro, sin mezclas y sin alteraciones. Posteriormente se recolecta a mano y debe de llevar un estricto control de selección y envasado para no sufrir contaminaciones.
Esta maravilla de la naturaleza es sumamente difícil de encontrar, y es por esto que esta miel se reconoce como una de las más especiales, raras, exóticas y caras de todo el mundo.
