🔹A recent clinical trial has shown that vitamin K₂ could be key in reducing nocturnal leg cramps, a problem that affects more than 50% of older adults. The study showed that vitamin K₂ supplementation significantly decreased the frequency, intensity and duration of these cramps, without adverse effects, suggesting a potential benefit in improving quality of life and sleep in this population group.
