The Rector of UPMH says goodbye to our coordinator Pablo A. Arizpe, We want to congratulate the legacy in front of the program Thank U Very Much!!!

Pablo is graduate with honors in the IPN, Aeronautical Engineering, he has a specialization in satellites and orbital mechanics, graduate in Aerospace engineering from Moscow Aviation Institute and finished a Ph.D studies in satellites, also with honors have a Ph.D in Education. Thank U Very much!!!
