This initiative aimed to enhance students' understanding of financial inclusion and promote economic empowerment.

Organized by the Management Sciences Department, the session provided students with hands-on experience in facing professional interviews, enhancing their confidence and communication skills. Faculty members of the Management Sciences Department conducted the interviews, simulating real hiring processes while assessing students on their presentation, problem-solving abilities, and professional demeanor. Constructive feedback was given to help students refine their resumes, improve their responses, and develop a strong personal brand. The session served as a crucial step in equipping students with the skills needed to excel in their future careers.
