In general, the curriculum of the Bachelor of Manufacturing Engineering with Honours offered by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Technology, UniMAP has been carefully designed to create a uniquely BALANCE and VERSATILE; between fundamental engineering, t

echnical specialization, production system and industrial management, as well as having highly sought-after skills by industries including quality improvement tools. Furthermore, the program is extensively industry-linked, such that students will be exposed to real working situations right from the beginning. With a well-balanced curriculum, graduates of this program will be able to work and expand their careers into various fields such as Automotive, Oil and gas, Tooling/ Machinery, Aerospace, Electrical/Electronics, Semi-Conductor, Plant/food processing, Chemicals/ Composite/Advanced Materials, Consultant, Engineering & product development firms, Research & development agencies, Medical instrumentation, Institute of higher learning and many others. Apart from that, as a program that is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Council (EAC) and endorsed by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA), rest assured, graduates will be equipped with ethical awareness to get through their working life, while having adequate groundworks for future career progression. CALL FOR PAPER: 2nd INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON SCIENCE, ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY (ICSET 2022)

The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Technology (FTKM), Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) are pleased to announce that we will be hosting the 2nd International Conference on Science, Engineering and Technology (ICSET 2022) on 6 - 7 July 2022 in Malacca, Malaysia with the theme of “Energizing Sustainable Future”. The primary focus of this conference is to provide a platform for professionals, researchers, academicians and industries to share and generate interest in cutting-edge applications, challenges and issues in the area of engineering technology encompasses several topics in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering, chemical, electrical, electronic and civil.

We are pleased to invite you to submit your research papers related to one of the conference’s tracks. We would appreciate it if you could kindly disseminate our conference to your fellow researchers and colleagues and encourage more paper submissions and knowledge sharing.

PUBLICATION:

Kami dan seluruh Keluarga Alumni UniMAP turut bersedih dengan pemergian Allahyarham En. Muhamad Zuraidi Bin Mustafa yang dijemput Ilahi pada hari ini setelah sekian lama bertarung dengan kanser. Beliau merupakan Alumni UniMAP Kejuruteraan Mikroelektronik kelas 2013.

Untuk makluman, Allahyarham telah meninggalkan seorang balu dan juga 3 orang anak yang masih kecil dan seorang dripadanya masih bayi. Salam takziah diucapkan kepada keluarga Allahyarham, semoga Rohnya dicucuri rahmat dan ditempatkan di kalangan orang beriman. Al Fatihah.
