Dear Residents (Owners),

As we already know, our condo repainting resolution has been approved by majority owners, during our recent EGM (held on 19th March, 2022), and the color combination has been chosen during the EGM.

As agreed by all owners, the contractor (Jotun) had to submit 3 design proposals for the painting (based on color scheme that has been chosen), afterwhich, all residents would cast their vote (via DA Condo Official Telegram group), as to which proposal they like most.

These are the 3 proposals submitted by the contractor (Jotun), for your review (please refer photos below) :

Rules & Regulations :

1) The voting will be open for 4 days from : Friday ( 8 April 2022) until Monday (11 April 2022, 11:45pm)

2) You can cast ONE (1) vote only at one time.

3) If you change your mind (before polling ends), you can always retract your vote earlier, and change to a new one, unlimitedly. Your final vote counts.

4) Proposal with majority votes will win.

5) Only parcel owners can cast vote.

6) Votes must be done via D’Alamanda Condo Telegram group (dedicated just for owners). If you haven’t joined the TG Group, please verify your identity by contacting the Building Manager : Mr Law Veng Chin – Building Manager (012-979 7466) [email protected] . He will add you in.

7) The voting will be stopped on Monday (11 April 2022, 11:45pm)

8 ) The result will be announced the next day Tuesday (12 April 2022)

Important Announcement : EGM - Condo Repainting

EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING (EGM) OF D'ALAMANDA MANAGEMENT CORPORATION

Date : Saturday (19 March 2022)
Time : 2 pm
Venue : Multi-Purpose Hall, Level 6A, D'Alamanda Pudu Impian Condominium.

Please be informed that at the just concluded EGM held on 19th March, 2022 on the Repainting Project for D’Alamanda Service Apartment, the resolutions tabled at the meeting were duly carried as follows:

RESOLUTION 1 :
To approve on the repainting project budget cost of RM1.80 million (±10%) and to endorse M/s Jotun Paints (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd as the painting contractor.

Result : APPROVED (by majority votes)

RESOLUTION 2
To approve a special contribution fund of RM600.00 for the building repainting project to be charged to each parcel proprietor over Six (6) installments payment Plan (RM100.00/month x 6 months) effective 1 April, 2022.

Result : APPROVED (by majority votes)

(The counting of votes and poll results were verified by an Independent Lawyer)

NOTE:
Participants (unit owners) had voted for the color scheme, but the final designs will be presented in the 'DA Condo Official' Telegram group, in 1-2 weeks time.

Owners will vote for the design of their choice.

Design that gains most votes will be used for painting.
