Our YTL-ICHM students took on the exciting challenge at the Culinary Legacy Cook Off held at The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur, where they were given just 1 hour to prepare 2 dishes and present the inspiration behind their creations to a panel of esteemed guest judges and industry experts.

From the intense preparation to the final presentation, the students demonstrated creativity, resilience, teamwork, and true culinary passion. Every plate reflected their hard work, dedication, and commitment 💪

Today was more than just a competition, it was a platform for our future hospitality leaders to showcase their skills with confidence and pride. ❤️

Class is in session but make it outdoors! 🌿

Our students recently headed to Sekinchan, trading textbooks for trash bags for a community service beach clean-up. After sweating it out for Mother Earth, we caught the golden hour at the Paddy Gallery and stepped back in time at the YTL Museum. 🌾🏛️✨

From clearing coastlines to connecting with history, it was a 10/10 day of making an impact and making memories. Who knew "homework" could look this good?
