📢 JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Company: Eco World Development Group Berhad
Location: Semenyih, Selangor
Starting Salary: RM3,500 per month

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in tender preparation
* Assist in preparing progress claims and payment certifications for contractors.
* Assist in taking measurements and preparing variation orders (VOs).
* Maintain QS and commercial documents, records and tracking logs.
* Assist in final account preparation.
* Perform other quantity surveying and commercial duties assigned by the Senior QS, Head of Department or Management.
* Continuously develop technical, contractual and commercial knowledge to improve work quality and accuracy.
Requirements:

* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Familiarity with quantity take-offs, tender documentation and Microsoft Office.
* Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
