多媒体大学（赛城）华文学会以文学股、文化股、文娱股及资讯与媒体股为主，各股本着学会的宗旨而发展，各有着不同的责任，扮演着不同的角色，为多大赛华带来更全面的发展。文化股着重于发扬文化，文学股对推广华文与华文文学不遗余力，文娱股让学生们在团康活动中不忘成长，资讯与媒体股借着资讯工艺与媒体的力量以使学会跟上时代的步伐。

学会宗旨

（一）与各族及各社团保持友好关系，朝向国民团结及富强的目标。
（二）提倡中华文化，同时以思想开化来吸取及融合其他民族的优良传统。
（三）推广华文华语。
（四）提倡和培养独立思考，以及富有领导能力的大专生。
（五）掌握资讯与电脑知识，迈向资讯工艺与资讯世纪。
（六）领导多媒体大学成为世界第一级大学。
