A sweet milestone for our Pastry Programme Level 3 students!

For their Final Project, students put their pastry skills into action by preparing and presenting a complete Dessert Buffet — showcasing creativity, technique and presentation skills developed throughout their training.

This is what TVET is all about — learn the skills, master the craft, and be ready for the industry.
