Building Resilience Through Learning and Support
The Raffles University Psychological Wellness Centre (RUPC) provides professional psychological and wellbeing services to both the wider community and the university community. As part of its commitment to student wellbeing, RUPC is organising "BOUNCING BACK: Building Resilience in University Life", an exclusive workshop for Raffles University students designed to help participants better understand resilience and develop practical strategies for navigating challenges.
Facilitated by Dr Shubashini, the session will feature engaging activities, guided discussions, and practical resources to help students adapt to change, overcome setbacks, and build confidence throughout their university journey.
The workshop reflects RUPC's ongoing commitment to supporting student wellbeing through proactive programmes that encourage personal growth, emotional wellbeing, and resilience.
