N14 Analytical Lab, FCEE
Rules and Procedure

PSM (Final year project student) and MIXED MODE PG

Scan the Google Form to book (via QR code or link provided by N14 Analytical Lab)
Prepare an application letter complete with approval from your supervisor. Please specify the instruments you’d like to use and quantity needed.
The allocation is limited to only RM500/student.
Provide us copy of your Matric Card, front and back.
Send them to us through our service counter or via email.

POSTGRADUATE STUDENT

Scan the Google Form to book (via QR code or link provided by N14 Analytical Lab)
Select your Method of Payment
Research Grant – We’ll issue invoice, wait for faculty’s approval. We’ll emailed you once it done for you to collect and proceed with payment. (process will take around 2 weeks to a month)
Bank Transfer – Pay the amount instructed via email after filling the form to UTM Bursary. We’ll issue receipt and you can send your sample(s) after.
Logcard – We’ll deduct the analysis done from the amount ‘parked’ earlier by your supervisor. Sample(s) can be sent straight away.
