2026年9月20日，由计算机与创新技术学院（简称“计算机学院”）与南大教育与研究基金会联合主办的 “2026年第十四届陈嘉庚·陈六使青少年发明奖”决赛面试圆满结束。参赛选手透过线上方式，围绕 “大胆创新” 主题进行作品展示与答辩。该奖项旨在鼓励青少年善用知识与创意，培养创新思维与科学精神，发掘国家未来的科研人才。
来自全国各地的中学生踊跃参与本次赛事，提交了涵盖环境科技、智慧生活、资源节约等多个领域的创意作品，充分展现出青少年的创新思维与实践能力。通过初赛筛选的入围者在线上向评审团进行作品展示，评审团则从创意性、实用性、可行性及表达能力等维度进行综合评估。
此次决赛评审团成员包括本校计算机学院院长洪阳宜助理教授、信息技术系主任陈钰媚、工程系主任龙垠台助理教授、工程系张慧仪助理教授；马来西亚博特拉大学软件工程与信息系统系高级讲师黄建业博士、马来西亚诺丁汉大学机械、材料与制造工程系何志浩副教授、马来西亚世纪大学工程学院副院长谢耀勇博士以及马来西亚多媒体大学计算与信息学院吴国维副教授。

The final round interview of the 14th Tan Kah-Kee · Tan Lark-Sye Young Inventors’ Award 2026 was successfully held on Sunday, September 20, 2026, at the New Era University College (NEUC). Jointly organized by the Faculty of Computing and Innovative Technology (FCIT) and the Nantah Education and Research Foundation, the competition required participants to present and defend their projects online under the theme “Bold Innovation.”
The judging panel comprised both external and internal experts. External judges included Ts. Dr. Ng Keng Yap (Senior Lecturer, Department of Software Engineering and Information System, Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, Universiti Putra Malaysia), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ho Jee Hou (Associate Professor, Department of Mechanical, Materials and Manufacturing Engineering, Faculty of Science and Engineering, University of Nottingham Malaysia), Dr. Sia Yaw Yong (Deputy Dean, Faculty of Engineering, SEGi University), and Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Ng Kok Why (Associate Professor, Faculty of Computing and Informatics, Multimedia University).
Representing NEUC were Asst. Prof. Dr. Ang Yang Yi, Dean of the Faculty of Computing and Innovative Technology; Clairin Tan Yee May, Head of the Department of Information Technology; Asst.
