我们改变不了环境,但可以改变身体的状态。本处为促进校园健康文化,运动与身心平衡,将于2026年3月起举行《阳光焕新》活动。活动内容涵盖不同主题的团体运动,于每月第三个星期三下午5.00 - 6.00 于空的空间举行并开放予全体教职员工及学生参与。诚邀您抽出一小时,与我们一起为健康加分💪🔥

To promote a healthy campus culture, encourage physical activity, and well-being, we are launching the “Sunshine Reset” program starting March 2026. The activity will be held on the third Wednesday of every month from 5:00PM - 6:00PM. All staff and students are warmly invited to join us 💪🔥
