In a rapidly changing era, the learning environments children experience every day quietly shape their learning motivation, interaction patterns, and emotional security.
This online course integrates theory and practice to guide educators in re-examining the crucial role of learning environments in early childhood education, and in creating learning spaces that are warm, supportive, and conducive to children’s growth.

This course focuses on the overall concepts and practical applications of early childhood learning environment design, including:
* The theoretical foundations of learning environment design for young children
* The impact of learning environments on children’s development and interactive behaviors
* Principles of classroom space and learning area planning
* The educational significance of teaching materials and environmental arrangements
* Learning environments as a key medium for supporting children’s active learning and emotional security
🌟𝐋𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞｜
Professor Wei Ming-Shu, PhD in Educational Studies from National Changhua University of Education, is currently a Professor in the Department of Early Childhood Education at New Era University College. Her research expertise includes learning development and innovative teaching. She is the author of Theories and Practices of Kindergarten Management (2019) and the Gigo Innovative Learning Lab Textbook Series (2014).
