In a strategic move to expand access to quality higher education, UNIRAZAK and Koperasi Pembangunan Daerah Petaling Berhad (KOPETALING) signed a momentous Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 8 June. This partnership offers scholarships to deserving students, particularly fresh school leavers of SPM/STPM and the children of KOPETALING members, generally those residing in the Petaling District.

The MoU paves the way for UNIRAZAK to award scholarships encompassing online and conventional learning modes for Foundation in Arts. The Bachelor of Economics (Hons) under Biasiswa Pembangunan Negara Tun Ahmad Sarji's scholarship will fully cover tuition fees, eliminating financial barriers for qualified students.

This collaboration transcends mere financial assistance. UNIRAZAK and KOPETALING have pledged to collaborate on knowledge-sharing initiatives. This effort entails providing students with valuable information about career prospects within their chosen fields. The partnership aims to empower students academically and professionally, equipping them with the tools to excel in their future careers.

UNIRAZAK's dedication to educational equity and community advancement takes a significant leap forward with this collaboration with KOPETALING. The university's commitment extends beyond offering scholarships.
