Reheating cooking oil multiple times is a common practice at home and in food businesses. But without the right tools, it's difficult to know when the oil is no longer safe to use.
This Portable System and Method for Quality Detection of Reheated Cooking Oils offers a quick and practical solution by analysing the colour change of cooking oil and classifying its quality as GOOD, MEDIUM, or BAD.
By enabling fast and reliable oil quality assessment, this innovation supports safer food consumption, helps reduce health risks associated with overused cooking oil, and promotes better food safety practices.
