Alumni Spotlight: The Story Behind a Name Rooted in Loyalty and Love for the Nation 🇲🇾

Did you know? One of our Diploma in Mass Communication alumni, Arese Nesi, carries a name rich with meaning, a shortened form of 'Arasanai-nesi' in Tamil, which means love and affection for the King.

What makes it even more special ,she was born on 1 June 2002, and this year, the Official Birthday of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong falls on the very same date! 🎂👑

"When many choose modern names, I am grateful to have a name with such precious meaning," she shared with Bernama.

We are proud to see our alumni not only excelling in the field of communication, but also embodying the values of loyalty, unity and love for the nation. ❤️
