Established on 2008 in the 11th College (KUAZ) of University Malaya from the effort 4 fasi [Maaz, Amir, Shah, Munirah] (PM KUAZ 0809)(ex-fasi 1st) and a group freshies KUAZ0809 from 12th (ex-fasi 12th)[syima, asri, amir, has, kim, mai, sabe, wan, syahidatul, pipah, kumin, josh, muadz(dzerk),anuar]. Starting of the time, this club costing with zero fund then they using recycle items to use in the p

rogramme. This club has organize and conduct more than 30 programmes in the whole country including school, institution and college since 4years of excellency. During establishment, there were many obstacles n resistances occur has lead the theme for this club 'By Endurance We Conquer'. Known as most out-standing club in KUAZ that continues-survive and develop by support from legend+senior faci. This club believes that the use of power can create happiness among peoples. The tools and approach been use are quite different from others facilitator club that makes the participant quite impressive. Only participants(students) know how better their faci are. Now, we move to another level where we already registered the club with SSM and use Fasilitator KUAZ as our official name now.
