Drawing Leaves and a Plant Meditation
(Online via Zoom)

In these 3 session, we will learn the basics of soft pastel application as well as plant observation techniques

We will be seeing with new eyes, and learning to use soft pastels to draw and express in a nourishing and supportive way.

Session 1: 10th July 2022, 3pm GMT +8 hours
Session 2: 24th July 2022, 3pm GMT +8hours
Session 3: 31 July 2022, 3pm GMT +8 hours

Learning to see with new eyes, in a healthy way. Through our meditations, we have the ability to tap into the unseen world of the plants, and learn what it means to be a human being.

On the 17th of July, we made our art pieces surrounding what love and warmth means to us. What lovely pictures we came up with!

Coming this Saturday 31st July, we will look at safe places and feeling safe. 😍

In these 3 sessions, we will work the themes of Warmth, Safety and Hope. Each session will include guided visualisation exercises, focusing on the art making process. Art skills are not required for participation!

These sessions are designed to as short breaks from your busy day; a respite and an opportunity to breathe.
