I is relocated again to its new premise in Tunku Abdul Rahman University College Campus in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. Kojadi Institute is rebranded to VTAR Institute (VTAR). The Opening Ceremony held on October 2015 was graced by Dato' Sri Liow Tiong Lai, President of MCA and Minister of Transport Malaysia. This new premise has better facilities and much more spacious than its former location. Students of VTAR also gets to enjoy all the facilities in TAR UC such as swimming pool, gymnasium, and basketball court among others. Vocational courses taught at VTAR emphasize more on practical. Students are given a lot of practice rather than learning only theory. This allow students to gain more hands on experience and also meet the requirements of the industry. VTAR accepts any students who is 15 years and above to register to any of the course offered. VTAR also assist students who are in financial difficulties to apply for study loans from the government. Current courses conducted by VTAR are Electronic Equipment, Electrical Installation & Maintenance, PW2 Wireman Competency Course (full time & part time), Aesthetic Services, Hairdressing, and Bakery Course.

自立工艺学院创办于1990年9月，宗旨是为各族学子提供深造机会，同时造就技职人才，以应付国家及各行业需求，补充学术培训的不足。自立工艺学院在2000年1月搬迁至吉隆坡安邦路马华大厦，并改名于自立学院(KI)。

自立学院于2015年8月正式搬迁至与拉曼大学学院位于文良港(Setapak)总院毗邻的新校舍，並改名为拉曼技职学院(VTAR Institute)，並在2015年10月21日由马华总会长兼马来西亚交通部部长拿督斯里廖中莱主持开幕典礼。如此一来，学生能在更宽敞的空间，更完美的设施，及具有高等院校的环境中学习，还能使用拉曼大学学院的设备如游泳池，健身室，篮球场，图书馆等。

拉曼技职学院所开办的技职课程以实作为主，理论为辅，並采取小班教学制，让学生们有足够的时间和机会动手实习。所有的课程是公开给年满15岁或以上，有意並对技职和技术培训有兴趣者，即可报读。拉曼技职学院将协助有需要的学生申请政府提供的低利息贷款。

目前拉曼技职学院所提供的课程包括机电装置与安装， 电子设备，美容服务，烘培，美发和单相电工执照(全日制和兼职班)课程。
