Future Leaders Internship Programme- FLIP Through FLIP, we are trying to solve the issue of “career readiness”.

FLIP provides pre teens and teens an early exposure to the professional world through internships using AI based algorithms to ensure perfect match between young talents and top notch industries. We believe that providing youth with career clarity and positively impacting workforce effectiveness and productivity at a root level by having them to experience careers and industries before committing to one would help them in finding their love interest and passion. By intervening at the young age of 17 (SPM/STPM), we could also probably assist them in completing their education/ avoid drop outs by showing them BIGGER dreams of the actual corporate world and motivating them to achieve their dreams. Our vision at FLIP is a revolutionized 21st century national education system that has incorporated industry exposure/work experience in the curriculum and to eradicate the gap between the academics and corporate. Our Mission is to provide structured hands on work learning experience at organizations as a career guidance tool for every youth.

We are thrilled to launch our FREE Virtual Work & University Experience Programs, designed to give students a flexible, hands-on preview of top industries and academic pathways.
